We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Nairobi and 5-7 business days for the rest of Kenya. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders above KSh 5,000.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as order processing time, payment verification, and carrier delays may affect the actual delivery date. We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries in East Africa. International shipping times vary by destination and may take 7-14 business days. Additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
