Return Policy

1. Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain products, such as software, opened consumables, and custom-configured items, may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing of your exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage for verification. Damaged or defective items can be returned for a full refund or replacement at our expense.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
8. Warranty Returns
Products covered by manufacturer warranties should be returned directly to the manufacturer for service or replacement. We can assist you with warranty claim information and procedures.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including: gift cards, downloadable software products, opened software, some health and personal care items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
